I’m not sure why you’d want to do this: 1. Your console is pretty much brand new, no reason to clean it yet 2. The console doesn’t support expanded SSD yet 3. No one is selling replacement side blades yet

As a Sony die hard since PS2.. (I had PS1 but I was more of a Sega Saturn die hard) It still blows me away that Sony chose to go with the plate design. I'm officially a pro at dissembling the PS4 Pro to clean it and put new Thermal Paste from dissembling it a million times lol. But I'm definitely very nervous to take the plates off the PS5.
