I was 18, it was 1990...Flew on one of the last flights on PanAm from Amsterdam via London Heathrow to New York JFK, then a connecting flight to Denver Colorado. After Colorado on to Tulsa Oklahoma. Picked up from the Airport by American Ex Colleague of my Father. We where driving on the Highway, in what you call a Soccer Moms Van. 2Me still the Coolest Van with automatic sliding door and Big Seats with armrest I had ever seen haha! Anyway rolling down the Highway Mrs. Eileen Peck had the Radio on towards driving to Eufaula Lake Oklahoma....Then Roy Orbison came on with this song. A cool moment in a different moment we cal History. What baffled me, and found strange is...that Mrs. Peck did not know who Roy Orbison was!? I as an 18 year old European.........
