Why's OU putting BLM patches on some players' jerseys? Their founders are self proclaimed "trained Marxists." Co-founder Patrisse Cullors has said, "We actually do have a ideological frame. Myself, and Alicia in particular, are trained organizers. We are trained Marxists." She has also said on video, while talking about her book with someone she met in Arizona, "He said it was like Mao's Red Book. And I was like, 'Man! 😄 That's what I was thinking!' And it was just really cool to hear him make that connection." Mao was a Chinese dictator that was responsible for 65 MILLION deaths of his own citizens, in repeated attempts to create a new socialist China. One of the goals of both Marxism and BLM is to dismantle the nuclear family. They've admitted this on their website.. That is in direct contradiction of the principles that Brent Venables, Joe Castiglione, and the University has been preaching about creating a culture that's like a family, accountability, and relationship based. Disappointed that such a respected and historic blue blood program like OU would promote such an evil political ideology that's disguised itself behind a virtuous label like "BLM."
