I agree. The in depth info is stunning. It's crazy to me that more people don't want to learn this stuff. I only wish I could afford the course

That’s the biggest compliment you could give someone in this industry. Jewett is a solid guy, always willing to help and better the sport.

Thank you for all the content guys, as a student who doesn't have the money to pay for a coach, these videos have been so informative for an aspiring competitor.

Great topic! Four world post show. In phase 3 of adding in more food. Back on trt with low dose of eq and primo. Feeling really good, strength coming back, sex drive back, and sticking to meal plan with few deviations, and training PPL. Weight gain has been gradual. Show day was 175lbs now at 188.
@johnjewett7970 Жыл бұрын
Sounds like you have a plan! Might consider dropping the EQ and go only primo as EQ seems to potentially have a bit more risk on the kidneys and no further anabolism than primo. Keep this phase as health restorative as possible

@@johnjewett7970 it's crazy you say that because my Coach and I were just discussing that today. We're going to change it up next week. Good call on that.

Competed in early December (first show) at 194.5 stage weight, 8% BF. Ten days post-show, I went on EQ+Test+2iu GH. Kept my prep diet with more food quantity added, and 3 months later I am sitting at 213, just under 11% BF. I plan on going on a cruise dose in 2 weeks for March-May, and start prep for the next show in September. Y’all’s content has been very useful and educational, and it’s been good to see that your advice aligns well with my coach’s approach.

@BakiFit2003 I'm still on week 5 of 250 test only, nothing spectacular, but recovery from training is rapidly improved, traps and delts a but fuller, veins popping little more than usual, I'll add masteron and npp next week!!!

@@Majd_qaryoutiI competed natural and I'm 6 weeks post show now. Going for lab results flr hormones tomorrow. I'm thinking gear but then I'm 20 years old so. It's hard. I loved competing and can't imagine my day going by without dieting lmao. I'm glad that you're excited about masterone. What T are you using?

Hey guys , great video as always just wanted to ask , so as a natural and doing my first ever show in 2 weeks, what exactly should a protocol look like post show? If I am restricting water few days out for example. Is it just to be mindful of the food after show or should I drink electrolytes right after? Thanks for everything you do , been crazy helpful for prepping myself with all the great information you guys put out, respect and appreciate yall!
@johnjewett7970 Жыл бұрын
First buddy I am not your coach, but restricting water for a few days before the show is a recipe for disaster of being very flat. If you restrict water in show day, water is the first thing you want post show. Highly recommend getting a coach to guide and please check out our post show course.

Super informative. I’m about 5.5 weeks out from my first ever show and this was really informative and interesting to take In. #1 worry is a substantial amount of fat gain post show compared to muscle gain, especially being as food focused as I already am haha. Great episode guys

I see alot of competitors here in tampa and I think the biggest thing is self control ...and discipline...u got guys eat crap one meal. Or one day and it turns into 1 to 3 weeks

Great video! can you also get rebound benefits from a summer cut ( 10% bodyfat ) ??
@johnjewett7970 Жыл бұрын
a post show rebound isn’t a benefit as it’s a suboptimal growth state. If you need more runway to grow, 10% body fat is just a good start point for a push phase, but you won’t see extra growth from being leaner

Amount of fats in post-competition nutrition" I weigh 105 kg. Does macros 300P 60T 600C on a training day and 300B 100F 450C seem reasonable? Will a cheat meal "Burger, sushi, Chinese" twice a week during the 6-week recovery phase be a good solution to satisfy the psychological factor? (cheat meal last meal a day). After the recovery phase, we give up the cheat meal and increase our peds. Receovers (6weeks) 250T E and NPP 100 in week after 375T ÈQ 200 NPP 100 (gradual increase of T and EQ). I know there are a lot of individual issues, but does it look reasonable?
@johnjewett7970 Жыл бұрын
An untracked can be in place, whether it’s okay is if it’s detracting from your physique goals and leading to more fat gain. I usually try to macro match meals like that at home and go out from low fat options to prevent to large of a weekly surplus from happening
