Dear John. It is just beautiful end product and it is a joy watching you work and add all details that make this outstanding. My favourite is the whale photo how it dives over the title. And of course, your fascination with blue whales. Thank you!

thanks Zorko! my favorite part was probably the whale graphic as well.

Could you create a comparable map that illustrates the contrast in migration routes between African swallows and European swallows, along with their respective flying speeds while carrying a coconut?

depends on if they are king coconuts or malay coconuts

I went on a whale cruise while at UC too. we saw THREE(!) blue whales. it was incredible! caught one of your demos too (which was great) and was like "that's the guy from youtube!" will you be uploading this map on your blog anytime or do you recommend rolling your own? it looks amazing.

1:06 Please use dock option. Those floating windows aaarrrrgh 1:11 Funny, I've never thought to drag items as I do on QGIS. 4:33 I was always using MID (value, 5, 2) expression. Now I will know what is more easy! 6:19 I usualy use point units for screen products. 6:33 I'd love that ESRI would reintroduce "Fit to margins" function for filling with data frame. 6:46 I hate Pro version of default black 1 pt line‼ I am sure that is not so easy, but possible to change "system" patterns to change that. 9:20 I am pretty sure I have seen somewhere (maybe Desktop version) to change default N, E to my own language letters. I cannot find it now. 17:57 I was completely certain that you would use ArcGIS animation tab for this. But nooo, mr. John is always ahead. All in al just perfect

Imagine how much time you'd save if ESRI added a "drop shadow" option 😅
@JohnNelsonMaps Жыл бұрын
Ha! Even better, a “blur” symbol layer effect. Then I could use it for symbology (for uncertainty viz or time viz) or glow or shadow. That would rule.
