many pro bodybuilder don't finish the upper motion of bench/military etc. because it involves triceps more, they focus on the first part of the lift which is mainly shoulders. hope this helped
@handsmatthew10 жыл бұрын
Hows this guy not retired through injury yet, just shows you dont need good form to look like a beast
@jarrijurrila322310 жыл бұрын
I think alot of it has to do with working the rear delts first -> shoulders fatigued a little/warmed up, rotators warmed up -> healthy shoulders for years
@jarrijurrila322310 жыл бұрын
RobbieHuston Lol? Branch Warren actually explained this on a video. His shoulders stay healthy because he always works rear delts first so the whole shoulder and rotator cuff is warmed up and ready to go. He has never had a shoulder injury that should tell people something ;)
@kootje470010 жыл бұрын
RobbieHuston strongest? What about stan efferding. He is the strongest!
@jarrijurrila322310 жыл бұрын
RobbieHuston Yup i wonder the same and thats why i told they havent had a shoulder injury its like a slap at the faces of those whiny bitches who say they are going to snap shit up.
@DrBeef21610 жыл бұрын
His form isn't exactly ideal, I'd agree, but the weights he is using are nowhere near a max-out, he does a lot of warm-up sets, and we also don't know if he always trains like that. He did, temporarily, hold the crown of world's strongest bodybuilder, so his form had to be pretty good in the competition.

Everybody builder works out differently, they know what their body responds best to, if you watch Kai Greene, he is slow with his movements and if you watch victor martinez, he keeps the same pace through out his workout.

yeah but if you notice kai greene has better results than johnie jackson using a lot less weight.So for me the slow and controled movement is essential because you are working the negatives as well which is a very important,if not the most important, part of the movement.

Hi, have you heard of "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? There you can watch a smart free video demonstrating the way to build notable muscle very fast whilst burning body fat at the same time. Ryan and plenty other guys enjoyed good results because of this approach. Perhaps it will help you out also.

Hey there, have you heard of "Musclegends" (search on Google)? On their website you will find a nice free video featuring how you can gain noticeable muscle quickly. This made it easier for Brandon to overcome his bodybuilding stagnation and thus build chiseled lean muscle with no fat fast. I hope it will help you as well...

Hello there, have you considered "MUSCLEader (search on Google)? There you can watch a good free video featuring the right way to develop visible muscle mass quickly while dropping body fat simultaneously. Devan or many other guys like him had good success making use of this method. It may work for you too.

id rather lift like this than a strict cynical way anyway. If you got real stress in your life, and you walk out of the gym attacking a body part like this? Endorphins for the win.
