The reason people who held to this Jewish worldview-which I'll explain in a moment-are called Apocalypticists is because they claimed that “God had revealed to them, or disclosed to them, the heavenly secrets (which are called 'mysteries') that can make sense of earthly realities,” to quote Bart Ehrman precisely. “Now,” Ehrman continues, “the secrets were that this world is currently controlled by forces of evil, cosmic forces of evil.” So in Second Temple Judaism it was believed that world was being ran by cosmic forces of evil, in other words; divine beings, the very same beings which, in Ephesians 6:12, Paul literally refers to as 'archons' and 'cosmocrators' in the Greek-that means world rulers, and he further specifies that they rule from 'celestial realms.' So cosmic forces occupying dimensions higher than us. Ehrman continues to explain that Apocalypticists believed that the governments and people in high and influential positions, the rich and famous, were in league with these malevolent cosmic entities and had made some deal with them, and that it was because of this deal which they made that they became rich and famous. Bart Ehrman further states that this was what John the Baptist believed, it's what all of Jesus' followers believed and for decades it's what scholars have said Jesus himself believed. In other words, Jesus was exactly what people today would scoff at and label as a "conspiracy theorist." And yet when Christians preach the exact same thing Jesus and the Early Church preached, that this world is being controlled by cosmic forces of evil, we are the ones who are accused of being "Unchristian." Interesting... Let me just say this, if Yeshua is truly the Messiah, if he is truly YHWH in the flesh, then he doesn't "believe" the world is satanic, he knows it is, and we know it because we are modern Apocalypticists, meaning God has supernaturally revealed to us the heavenly secrets that make sense of earthly realities, as Ehrman so puts it. God has removed the veil from our eyes, and those who scoff only do so because they can't see past the veil, Satan who is the god of this world has blinded their minds the scripture says, they speak evil of that which they know not, the scripture says. If there is one principle that is a bar against all information, which is proof against all argument, and which cannot fail to keep Man in everlasting ignorance, it is contempt prior to examination.

Christians don’t claim to not sin. They claim to repent from their sins. They claim to try their best to not to sin. Their belief is that Jesus died on the cross so that we could still sin and still reach heaven. As an ex Christian (Lutheran sect to be exact) it’s a bit complicated lol but yeah it’s definitely not cool to expect everyone to live up to your own religious morals when not everyone is apart of your religion. Any Christian who says they have never sinned before is straight out lying. Which is a sin. The book of 1 John from The Holy Bible was written to Christians. The apostle says, “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. I'm an Emo/Goth Christian and to be honest, I'm really disappointed in those whom claim to be "Christians", whom have made mistakes themselves, had a dark past, & yet have nothing better to do but judge others. Especially, those whom make cyber-bullying videos about others' decisions rather than speaking to them personally about what they think is best or what bothers them. Any form of bullying/judging is NOT okay. Of course we all make mistakes but it's not okay to pick on anyone in general. I understand speaking of a topic related to the situation or using examples is fine but mentioning peoples' names or photos... not okay. We're all imperfect & sinners. It's not something to be happy about but being imperfect shows others that love is within us and we're all willing to learn. A lot of people seem to forget that we should be showing LOVE not HATE towards one another. I personally don't support what a lot of people do but I'm not hating on them. Goodness. It's sad that he's even judging Demi Lovato considering she's a Christian herself. I don't think he understands nor knows how to translate lyrics.... She's talking about how the government wants to own how women live their lives or decide what they want to do to their bodies. How abortion isn't a choice anymore and how messed up this world is. How many whom claim that they are Christians control women or anyone in general over their own bodies to the point to defame, imprison, or kill anyone over the decisions of their bodies but yet protect their Religion at all costs. If it's a big part of your life, that's cool, but I think when people make it their whole personality and go to lengths like him, it all just seems very performative, almost as if they have something to hide or they have an ego by taking an apparent moral high ground. Showing support through action, compassion, and understanding is what's most authentic, to me at least.
