In ten years from this performance he will pass, he aged so fast from sixty two or three to seventy two or three, gonna have to look that up but I’m close, he changed so much in one decade he looked like he was ninety when he died, June passed four months before he died, I was a bit shocked when I saw him singing in his early seventies, you just knew it was over for him it broke my heart and many hearts that loved him, my first album I bought was ring of fire and he was my idol since, a few exceptions cause I like a variety of music, but Johnny was on the top

Well done, Mr. Cash; this was the "first protest song" that helped usher in the "the decade that was" where we "Boomers" acquired an authentic social conscience.
