Your putting somw gems up lately bro ! Its mad to think both these two ended up dying i horrible ways and thiswas the actual event that ruined bidons acting career. Nobody would touch him after the court case and his life went down the pan. Not sure if it was aids or hiv or cancer but he was riddled with whatever he had.

It’s worth noting that Bindon’s eventual demise was likely in no small part due to the injuries he suffered in the brutal encounter with Darke and his crew. A brutal fight such as this, bringing a man close to death, takes a terrible toll on the mind and body from which they can never truly recover. We see instances of head trauma causing people to develop cancers and aneurysms later in life - I’ve no doubt Darke did enough work on Bindon that night to send him to an early grave regardless.

After reading the book about bindon that goes deep into detail about the yacht club fight I'm convinced that was one of the most brutal street fights england ever had where there weren't a bunch of casualties, I've seen the official medical photos of bindons knife wounds and he was stabbed and sliced about 10!times including his face

Bindon would drink in The Ferret and Firkin, Lots Rd, Chelsea in the 80's. The landlord was called Sid who left after some financial discrepancy. There were some shady characters then, Bindon wasn't a pleasant individual. He had a brother I believe, Mickey ? Bindon claimed to have photos of his victim he referred to as his trophies. He (allegedly) pulled a barmaids skirt down once as she was dancing on a table. I used to work there, whether this was hearsay or not, that was what was said.

Even though bindon lived an got away with this .he did almost die an was very badly damagdd .. his life an health was never the same after an all fhe storys of him beating people up. Then I changed to preferring yoga and meditation. At that point I went to myself, why the fuck did I fixate on this for so long? Just be aware that a lot of people watching are glorifying it. Unless I'm mistaken, in the late 70's Bindon and his brother ran Led Zeppelin's security team. Them + the tough alcoholic drummer Bonzo + their big, non-nonsense, ex-wrestler manager Peter Grant + their drink and drug addled tour manager Richard Cole was a volatile group.....to say the least! Apparently, during one show, something kicked off back stage and they smashed someone to pieces badly enough for them all to be arrested and charged while the poor fella was rushed to hospital!

The argument was between well known concert promoter Bill Graham and the LZ mob of which Bindon was part of security.Apparently there was some incident where Peter Grants son Warren (only a young lad at the time)was manhandled by one of Grahams stage crew.Grant high on cocaine (as were most likely the others)saw red and man mountain Grant,Cole,Bonzo and Bindon nearly killed him.
