“You’re a movie buff!” Yikes. She let down her defenses. Shocking! She didn’t meet AH until the day of testimony! Yikes. Shows how ill-prepared her team was for expert witness testimony. Also, I understand this witness was actually unemployed at the time, that she had no clients. Maybe that should’ve been a red flag. Her expertise and knowledge of the industry seemed outdated. Maybe it used to be common to renegotiate rates already in the contract for future films, even for non-major stars. But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see-esp after Covid financial downturns- that renegotiating already agreed-upon actor fees is an area of significant potential savings for studios. An utter disaster. The worst witness of the trial-worse even than AH. And she was so excited that she could be called back. Not likely!

The government courts are in the process of discussing it now on whether to charge her according to the news in Australia. Apparently she committed perjury in court in England, saying she had paid all the $7 million to the charities when she has had to admit in the Johnny case that she hasn’t paid them, so the English courts are now looking at charging her with perjury for lying to them on the English court case.

Amber is over there the whole time like “please say I’m as good as at least one of them?!” You can seeing her ego screaming to get out. She looks away begrudgingly every time it’s discredited that she is anywhere near as good as the stars. But let’s be honest, she’s no star. A lot of us had no clue who she was until this trial started. I haven’t seen a single one of her movies, but I’m a bit more picky about the quality of the films I spend my time on.

As the 'expert' she SHOULD know how many shows and movies her client has been in. For a professional in the industry, she doesn't know a lot outside of her very narrow talking points. This far too overcoached that she can't go off the very small reservation. Good thing I'm not the lawyer. I'd be asking 'So, are you incompetent, ignorant or just bad at your one job?' Have you heard of a franchise called Ironman? And in particular, the one supporting character who asked for too much between one movie and the next and was replaced for every movie after that? Guess who doesn't headline as a star in The Stand.

For 650 an hour, she should know. This was embarrassing. Its clear from this testimony that she deals with numbers not with Hollywood. for 650 an hour she could have researched a little bit. This 'Expert' failed to even review the contracted rates Amber Heard had received in her most recent fields (or even the films after her 'breakout' film of Aquaman). She merely picked the largest named actors she could find from a similar genre (most being the Lead Actor/Actress) and saying 'Amber should have a similar pay going forward'. A high school graduate could do a better job speculating than this woman. This was blatant biased testimony with no semblance of 'facts' anywhere touching it.

Yeah it's incredibly embarrassing to watch. She has to keep saying "I've been in the business a very long time". Nice, lady, but that means very little when you've done absolutely no research to present your "expert testimony" and don't really know what you're talking about. She didn't prepare for this, and expected to be able to fly by the seat of her pants and her "experience". She didnt expect to be called out by a lawyer with this kind of skill. The lawyer walked circles around her.

I really object to being called part of a JD fan base! I started watching this trial with an open mind and I have based my opinion of Amber Heard on everything I have seen in this trial and have commented accordingly. I am a person who has formed an opinion on the evidence provided and I have a right to express that opinion. Sorry to disappoint you team Heard, but I have no 'bias' either way. Team Heard has failed to provide sufficient evidence to back Heard's 'claims'. Heard has been outed in many lies, even outed herself! - therefore I am team JD. Using the excuse that it's 'Depp's fan base' is just weak.
@lookup172 жыл бұрын
Well said. Same here. I remember a few yrs ago of AH releasing unfavorable tapes yet, there’s always 2 sides. Never heard of her, and at that time no opinion just that it’s more hellyweird drama. I’m not even a big Depp fan, hardly ever watch the filth and the MeToo crap, believe all women which is a complete assault on all actual victims. Smh, I sure hope it destroys the political aspects of hellyweird and they clean up their act dumping their beliefs and promoting their agendas to the masses. Just look at the latest Oscar’s fiasco, these ppl are held way too high where you see an actual assault on national tv. Don’t watch the crap, hardly know who these ppl are. There hasn’t been anything good from hellyweird in 20 yrs or more but remakes and rewriting what were once classics until they ruin it. Agree tho, JD was not the abuser, not completely innocent but definitely mischaracterizing him awfully and she has proven exactly what she is, she’s done this to herself and underestimated JD, which he has every right to expose her. Evil stuff she’s done, beware of this woman, wow

She is the worst sort of social climber / black widow. Where would Miss Heard be if she hadn’t stuck her claws into Jonny Depp ? Seems like she inserted herself into his life and due to her association with his brilliance and his shining star her career started to rise but as she bled him dry of his life and soul, his life and career started to dim at which point she tried to not only dump him but make herself into such a victim in order to get herself pity votes to prop up what was left of her career - in this she did a huge miscalculation. Once Jonny stopped protecting her and let the truth out (as he warned her would happen) her career took the inevitable dive she deserves. Her inflated ego got in the way of common sense.
