Guys, listen to me. Johnny Depp is not on drugs, although I could be wrong, I do not believe him to be a user. What I do know, is that he suffers from social anxiety. That is most likely the reason he talks the way he does; very slow, stutters a little. He's trying to find the right words to say. I ask of you nothing more, than to be appreciative of the problems people must have to deal with on a day to day basis. Even actors like Johnny suffer from problems too you know. Just because he's famous and has a lot of money doesn't mean he's necessarily happy, in no way am I trying to say he's not, I'm just making a valid point.
