Cross exam is usually testy in that way...its kind of expected in court. But sometimes witnesses try to add in extra explanations beyond answering the question so that they can support their own claims and that is frowned upon. Thats why cross examitaion is mostly yes or no questions. If the witness states more than yes or no to the answer, they have the power to ask the judge to "strike" it aka erase it from transcripts and essentially tell the jury to ignore it.

True. I find is suspicious too that Amber repeatedly mentioned using Arnica cream to cover bruises. Arnica is widely used after cosmetic surgery to reduce swelling. During this time, Amber received malar cheek implants and would undoubtedly observe distinct bruising consistent with her public “DV pictures”. I posit If her plastic surgeon were subpoenaed to stand as a witness (ie. to provide exact dates of surgery, professional opinion and recovery pictures), Amber’s counter-suit would crumble. While majority of us aren’t doctors, we aren’t idiots either. There are pieces that complete this entire story Amber is failing to admit to.
