I own the DVD... I can't watch this scene enough. It's romance itself. Mandel was the master.

This is the scene as Hoffman's character walks Redgrave's to her door at Harrogate. It is among the tenderest love scenes ever filmed and Mandel's sublime score reminds me of loves past and indulged in the most sublime way.

This lovely romantic theme is from when Hoffman's character was walking Redgrave's character to the door at the baths to say goodnight. The scene and the music is romance.... like none other.

Thank you, Richard Bradford, for suggesting this song. You called it right. Not having seen the movie, it brings to mind a few extraordinary moments in my life that could have used a soundtrack. This is a keeper -- going into several playlists.
