He's an enemy of the Justice Society and the leader of the Injustice Society. He invented a teleportation device that he used during his crimes until it was damaged during a fight against the Justice Society. They device sent him into another dimension inhabited by strange creatures ruled by a mobster called the King of tears. The king sent Jonny back to earth with the use of a mask and tasked him with finding a way for The King of tears to bring his kingdom of chaos to earth. Jonny had other plans such as getting revenge on the Justice Society.
