One of the best things about Alice is how he supports other bands, especially those from Detroit. My brother-in-law bumped into him at the shop at a golf club in Arizona, and they had a nice conversation. Alice isn't pretentious in the least.

I think the greatest thing about Alice is how he came back around to his faith. Three albums in the 90's/00's had very Christian themes in the lyrics. Last Temptation/Brutal Planet/Dragontown...these have the best songs in my opinion.

Great albums! Welcome to my nightmare was my introduction then last temptation after that I just went through his catalogue. The og ac band albums aside the 90s albums be the best. It's just so cool how 20 30 years into his career he just reinvents himself. Along came a spider was bad ass too, it came out like right after I got into his work!

I like the fact that he is down to earth. He seems so different than the person he portrays. He seems to separate the two and handles it quite well. It reminds me of a particular Elvis saying " The man is one thing and the image is another."

This reminded me of when our (Kenny Rogers') tour followed Alice Cooper's tour. His snake wrangler lost this boa constrictor at the hotel in one city. The following day it gave one of our crew members a rude wakeup call when it slithered from under the bed in his room across his body!
