This episode, particularly how the stories of John Walker and Isaiah Bradley were depicted, shows why Steve was always right in not signing the Sokovia Accords. I don't understand why Wyatt Russell got hate for this episode and the ending of the last episode. I didn't watch anything of his before the show but that first scene of his this episode makes me really want to and honestly made U.S Agent probably my favorite character in the show. If there's Haye towards Walker then that means the writers and Wyatt Russle did a great job with Walker as a villain. To where If you write a great villain that makes people hate them then you'll get reactions similiar to the chick @ 3:31. But you also can make villains more realistic and sympathetic example being Killmonger although there's moments where it's like ok maybe a bit too far but at the end aduince members sympathy with him and understand why he's doing what he's doing but how he's doing it ain't the right way.

The character development and dialogue in this episode were fantastic. I really liked that shield catch heart to heart. Sam is the best therapist in Marvel. Oh and we can’t forget the training montage. Right now I like Carley more than Walker. I pity both of them but Carley is just more sympathetic imo. And that convo with Eziah broke my heart. I never understood why people liked John Walker. He's biggest weakness was his arrogance. It costed him every single L he got in this show. John feels like he deserves it because of the title. He looked good on paper due to his achievements in the military which is why they chose him which goes completely against what the Captain America title stands for. "Fans" easily turned on Sam and Bucky because they didn't kiss his ass and what did John think would happen executing a guy with the shield in broad daylight in another country. He was too unstable and angry to even be chosen in the first place which is why it was bound to fail and he doesn't listen to anyone. Not even Sam and Bucky when they both have more experience than him. Lamar was his yes man who hyped him up saying he always makes the right decisions and went along with everything he did which got him captured and killed. Then he tries to kill Sam several times because he doesn't want to give up the shield when he and Bucky aren't even fighting to kill.

Exactly. I don't understand the resentments towards Sam and Bucky for rejecting John Walker. People excuse Walkers actions with his PTSD and while I understand the issues he has, his arrogance and his attitude are the reason why I don't like him. TBH Niko was complicit in Lemar's murder. Niko was there to murder Walker, which was why he was holding Walker so Karli could kill him. The law says that when a group of people conspire together to commit a felony, any deaths that occur as a result of that felony attempt are automatically considered murder regardless of whether they were intended or not, and all co-conspirators are considered as having committed the murder whether they pulled the trigger or not. So in a legal sense, Niko was absolutely one of Lemar's murderers. It didn't give Walker the right to just execute him, but saying "Niko didn't do it" is missing the point entirely.
