Glad to see you did an update on the old mans car-good to see it still going. I too learned a lot from your videos from when I fist got my first x type 2.1 in 2013. I then bought a 3.0 manual and then 2 estate 2.2 diesels. I still have the latter 3! Keep the jag vids coming !!

I bought that car and it was the biggest money pit ever! The rear actually snapped off at one point. The car had thousands put into it and had one problem after another

I bought it for 2k and sold it for 4 but the trans went on the test drive so I got 3 in the end. Great looking car but they are junk

I get the impression that vehicle testing in the USA is pretty random. In the UK the MOT test would ban an unsafe car from the road.
