I was last in Niagara Falls back in the 90s. That view from the railing on the Canadian side of the falls is mesmerizing. My wife and I also wen down stream on the U. S. side to a state park with steps down to the gorge and hiked along the river back toward the falls. The swells at horseshoe curve were incredible to view. It's cool to see more of the town area in this walk. I never got outside of the tourist area. Thanks for taking us on a walk through town!

For anyone visiting Niagara Falls, one of the best things to do is to walk across the Rainbow Bridge. You can get some breathtaking pictures from a different viewpoint of The Falls. You'll need your passport of course and have to deal with Customs twice.

I was born an hour south. I went to college in Oakville and lived in Toronto for a long time. My family asked me to move back to the states. I miss that beautiful region of NY state so much. I also miss Toronto very much. My heart belongs to both places.
