I'm not gonna lie, from this video Toronto looks to me very sterile and lacking the human touch. While it looks impressive, it doesn't seem likeable. It kinda represents a lot of what I hate in urban planning and city development. But I respect its cleanliness, civility and scale. I have no doubt many people from around the world would be attracted to Toronto but it is perhaps not for me.

That's one way of looking at it. I don't think you'd find any other north american city to your liking except maybe NYC... unless you like small, car-centric places. Toronto has lots of vibrant neighbourhoods most cities on this continent can only dream of having.
