"Fly High" is the theme tune for the crossover fight anime "Hanma Baki VS Kengan Ashura". It uses the way fighters bulk up to say that everyone has inner strength and that you should have self confidence and work towards you goals. Many artists would have used a more conventional and shinny gym setting, but AG! have gone for their usual grungy, industrial aesthetic; they love those rusty warehouses.

By the way, their peculiarity is that they do their own choreography for each song in three versions: for the small stage, medium and large.

AG have been smashing it on their World Tour - hard to imagine, but even their choreography steps up for the live shows - this one especially, Fly High is wild on stage.

The girls collaborate with Mark Nishita, known professionally as Money Mark, is an American producer and musician, best known for his collaborations with the Beastie Boys from 1992 until 2011. Sometimes forgotten music comes back again ))

I was waiting for your reaction to this one! If you are up to it, I suggest you take a look at Sheena Ringo feat. Atarashii gakko (it was released a few days before Fly high).

I love them all, but mizyu always grabs my attention. The world is a better place with AG in it .

I doubt they're that ripped, but given how athletic they are, how they dance non-stop on stage, I suspect this was an easy day's workout for them.

I love love love Atarashii Gakko. Fun thing about that phrase you honed in on. "Don't worry about your public façade", the Japanese word is 建前 (tate mae) which translates from the kanji directly into "built front". The face you build to show the public that hides your true self and feelings. The Japanese language is so amazing. The way it can describe so many complex concepts with single words. I love it so much!

I can't say I am liking their newer, more dancebeat oriented, sound as much as their older stuff musicwise but I would still buy a live Blu-ray in a heartbeat. The MV is pretty good even though I typically prefer their dance practice videos instead. The track is ok, but it has nothing on some of their older stuff imo. I have a feeling their newer label is pushing them very much in this direction, but I also can't blame them since they have clearly become very popular by doing this. I wish them all the best though, they deserve all of that growth.

When the MV came out I thought that it was OK, a bit of the same. When I saw them live at The Indigo it really rocked though; really good live. Frustratingly they have just issued several tracks that didn’t make it to their 75 minute performance
