I remembered what you said on Jin's intro. You said that when you watched RM, you relate to him. But after watching Jin, you also relate to him and now you can also relate to Suga. I guess that's what BTS is all about, they are so relatable to anyone. You can see yourself to not just 1 member, you reflect on all of them. Bits and pieces of you are on them, they are you as well. Loving BTS isnt just about the music they make, it's also their stories, their personalities, the dream they make with Armys, everything. You like the person who makes music and also their persona outside music. It's rare for an artist to be open and let the public knows theif real personas and will still be loved by fans. Their professionalism on stage is top notch but also when not on stage they are still those crackheads and dorks teens from 10yrs ago. They are still having fun catching up to their youth which they never had the chance to enjoy because of the pressure and hardwork they need to prioritize. I am just happy that despite all their struggles, they struggle with each other. That along the way, they arent just 7, they are 7 with armys. ✨

One of my favorite things about BTS and why I fell so hard for them as a group is that we find something so, so relatable and admirable in each of them. Suga is my bias, but I relate to Namjoon’s clumsiness and interest in all kinds of things, Jin’s insecurity and determination, Hobi’s bravery (he’s scared of all the things but does them anyway), Jimin being so hard on himself but so kind to everyone else, Tae’s tendency to be different but so playful and interesting, and Jungkook’s talent and near hero-worship of all his hyungs. And as you said, they can all be crackheads on a major level, which I love. They never take themselves too seriously and they really take the “handsome dorks” thing to a whole other level. I laugh and smile the entire time I watch them do just about anything, honestly.

Only Jin is older than Yoongi in the group and they all have a lot of respect for him. Yoongi is tsundere, a Japanese term for someone who seems cold and harsh, but is really sweet and caring on the inside. The others initially thought that he was scary and intimidating, but once they learned what he was really like, they worked on getting him to open up more and be more expressive. There's a clip out there of Taehyung/V visiting Yoongi when he was on Vlive. As he was leaving, Taehyung said, "I love you" to Yoongi but Yoongi wouldn't say it back. Taehyung literally refused to leave until Yoongi told him that he loved him. Yoongi looked shy and embarrassed, but it didn't take him long to give in. ARMY likes to call him "Lil' Meow Meow" and RM will take pictures of cats on post them on Instagram, indicating that the cat is Yoongi. This isn't a bad video, but they leave out a lot about him.

While I absolutely adore all seven of the members, Yoongi (Suga) has always been my bias. Since day one, in 2015, Yoongi reached in and grabbed my heart and refuses to give it back. I do have a puppa. He's a 75 lb. Pit Bull named Thanos...i didn't name him but he already knew that as his name when I adopted him so I decided to just leave it. He's the biggest goofballb and the sweetest, most loving boy. He's my service animal.

The albums include printed lyrics. The usually also include a picture book, poster, photo cards, other items, and the CD 🤣. His voice is so soothing.

Yoongi has gone through a lot in his life. Being at odds with your parents is par for the course for a teenager but in his case they were undermining his dream to the extent that it affected him deeply. He has described his father as not being a warm person who interacted with his son much but things must have changed because he obviously has them around a lot and the others know him well because they do impressions of him. Yoongi says he wants to be a friend to his son. Despite all that he loves his parents and was in tears when they first came to see him at a concert. He got down on his knees and bowed down to them and cried. He seems to be happy now but sufferers can hide their depression from others so I hope that he really is at peace with himself. How he performed with his shoulder injury is beyond me. After his surgery he had to take the gems off his mic because it was too heavy to hold with them on. He says that the pain is gone but he doesn't have total mobility in that shoulder yet. I love that he tells it like it is. If you'll excuse the pun, he doesn't sugarcoat his reactions. the others have great respect for him, and the maknaes, in particular, crave his affirmation of their abilities.

When it comes to SUGA, he’s one of the most authentic member if not the most authentic member of BTS. According to me, apart from his musical talents, his role to keep the group grounded and real is pretty evident. Because he’s a very straightforward person, he cannot fake or pretend to be something he’s not. There’s a reason why the other members look forward to his compliments or his suggestions and his opinions/remarks hold a distinct weight for them. He ofcourse jokes around and can be very lively....but as a person he plays a massive role in honing the group’s moral compass. His personal struggles and overall world view plays a massive role in being so insightful about himself as an artist and about BTS’ position in the music industry. P.S: I’m an OT7 and I’ve no bias or bias wrecker so I love all of them....all of them are in essence really genuine and kind people but just mentioning my observations abt SUGA.

Great reaction for a Great video. You so understand Suga. Suga neat writing - what you are seeing, is Suga takes notes on paper in notebooks. Now he has had all those notebook published into books, with his favorite pictures, of all his song lyrics, special memories, and all his notes. He says he writes down everything that comes into his mind, for future lyrics. He writes about 300 songs a year. See how he bites his fingernails. He has tried to break the habit, and perhaps he has by now. D-Boy, or Agust-D, all representing his hometown, Daegu. Studio - that was the old Big Hits studio. Suga and RM has own studio there, Suga’s was the largest, and the staff attach name plate on Suga’s studio - Genius Lab. Suga would work all night on music, and catch sleep during dance practices during the day. He lived in his studio. Now at HYBE, they all have studio, and BTS has a very large dance studio, with it own stage, and waiting room. Suga in group VLive, should be watch. Suga was helping everyone, and has helped everyone. When Suga starts on a subject, even RM breaks in and repeats the same as Suga has said. Suga’s knowledge and support has touched each one of them through the years. I’ve watch Suga’s struggles video multiple times, and not once does not tears come to my eyes. His mental depression, thoughts of suicide, anxiety and unhappiness, and the pain of his injured should that he lived through, while working hard through work and creating songs for BTS to succeed. Rapper, lyricist, composer, producer. Sarcastic but soft-hearted, adorable but dangerously sexy. A man of many names and many hair colors - Suga / Agust D / Min Yoongi. SUGA is one of the greatest artists of our time. We all fell in love with his talent and he's still "So Cool." Humor, handsomeness, knowledge, kindness, talent "Suga has it all"... JOY is brought to our lives by SUGA.

Suga is indeed very special. Namjoon is intellectual, Suga is introspective and J-Hope is observational (IMHO). These guys write the bulk of the BTS songs and each brings something special. They are so wise beyond their years. There was an interview after their first Artist of the Year award (I think it was) where in the clip showed Yoongi crying. He was saying how he and RM used to watch the award shows together as trainees and those memories brought the tears. And when he talks about his struggles with mental illness, it’s impactful. One concert in Japan was cancelled because Yoongi couldn’t perform because of anxiety. He wrote a touching letter to Army later explaining why. Suga (and all the boys) are so honest and humble and they all support each other. That’s what makes them endearing to me as much as their music. I look forward to J-Hope and is it Mama because I love the live performance. Any of his solos are fun to watch!

Suga is my bias in the group, in my opinion, he had most of the struggles since childhood. 1. Belonging from a near poor family 2. His family (especially his mother) not supporting his wish to pursue music or rap. 3. Used to be a delivery guy at a young age, got into an accident and had a broken shoulder. 4. After joining Bighit, he couldn't tell the company about his shoulder injury probably of the fear he would get fired. 5. Faced criticisms from underground rappers (especially Bfree) with RM together after becoming idols. 6. Practiced and stayed as an idol, did the tough choreos with the shoulder injury for almost 8 years till 2020 when he finally got a shoulder surgery

His mother did not support it as he explained as she wanted the best for him and not poverty. He also said if you listened carefully that he adores his mother and love her a lot, and that he understood why they behaved the way they did because they did not want him to suffer a life of poverty as they did.

- Those words of wisdom from Suga are one of the reasons he's known as the grandpa of the group. He truly has an old soul for sure. - Suga is one of the introverts in the group. Perhaps surprisingly so is Jin. Maybe that's why those two really click and they've been dorm roommates since forever. - This series of introduction videos is quite a bit darker than most BTS intros but I'm glad you chose them because a) you don't see them that often and b) they don't glamourize them the way some intros do. - Speaking as a fellow anxiety sufferer I think you'd really like The Last by Suga. Very open, very raw lyrics. - Love your friend! 😄 Although my late friend Olli was a terrier mix about the size of her head it doesn't matter - they're some of the most precious friends one can ever find. 💜

Regarding comments on the series, everything becomes dated with time and by the very nature of having to leave something out lends itself to inaccuracy - I don’t think it can be avoided . I am so glad that Suga has now resolved his issues with his "idolness" and producing music. I know he embraced the term idol along with his bandmates when they performed the song "Idol," but nowadays, with him doing Pilates, improving his skin, his English, his singing, and his dancing, I feel like he has grown into the role of idol, and the lifestyle of being one. His song "Nevermind" really helped me because I couldn't cry and introspect at all when I'm under pressure or so much stress. My outlet was destructive to me and to others, especially because my weapon (sharp words designed to hurt) was effective and I knew it. Hearing Suga's words in his songs made me realize that all my all-encompassing loathing was due to stress, and I was finally able to let go of grudges bit by bit. That's why he's my bias.

I don’t have a bias since I love each member for different reasons but I relate to Suga the most. I hate crowds and being around people but since I have four kids that I don’t want to keep locked up in a house I have to get out of my comfort zone and deal even if it feels like I’m going to suffocate. Listening to Sugas solo music helps me a lot when I feel that way. Sorry I don’t have a dog. Hi! I'm sorta binge watching your bts reactions hehe. When you mentioned people who have a dream should keep their foot on the gas pedal, it reminded me of a line in the bts song called Nevermid. It's one of their intros (not sure if you've heard it yet or not) and one of my "break out of the imposter syndrome" anthems. Yoongi mentions that if you think you are going to crash then to accelerate more. I think its telling of BTS' lyricism and relatability, that you have constantly referenced songs you probably haven't gotten to hear at this point when speaking on your experiences. I think the reason I personally don’t care for some of these videos is that some of them can feel very focused on negative things or make the guys out to be some kind of tragic figures, when I don’t think they would necessarily see themselves like that at all. They had hardships, yea, but it can feel like those are pushed forward in some of the fan-made videos. They can also sometimes shorten clips so that they’re taken out of context instead of playing the entire clip. The Jin video you watched did that quite a few times, but this one wasn’t too bad. They are also, as you mentioned others pointing out, a bit outdated as of 2022. As a Suga bias, I liked that it brought up his lyricism, his bravery in speaking about his personal experiences with mental health, and his ability to speak eloquently and wisely about life and his perspective on it. I wish the video had more of his fun, quirky side as well. He has an incredible sense of humor and can be ridiculously goofy and mischievous when he feels like it. He’s also an amazing caretaker for the other six guys. He often cooks for them (if you watch In the Soop you’ll see that side of him more often), handles the money when they’re on a trip for Bon Voyage, and looks out for the others in general, especially the younger ones. Both he and the others have at times described him as Bangtan’s dad, lol. He’s so supportive of all of them, and especially of RM (Namjoon), always making sure to acknowledge and praise his leadership. Overall, Suga always strikes me as intelligent, ridiculously practical, very blunt, but extremely kind. You’ll see that more as you watch other stuff. :-) Also, I no longer have a doggo because I live in a tiny apartment, but I have had and loved many puppers in my lifetime and can’t wait until I have a yard and can have one again.

Thank you for your reaction, John. All the BTS members are special people but they have their distinctive ways of inspiring and engaging people. One of the things I love about Suga is how he puts on an unbothered and grumpy front but is really so caring to the other members. Jimin once said to him "you're practically our dad". During their travel doco in New Zealand, it was funny/touching to see him and Jin doing the grocery shopping and discussing whether they have enough meat! When Suga came out of the supermarket after returning the empty boxes, he saw that Jin and V had found a nearby flying fox and were riding it up and down, whooping like little kids, so Suga just waited by the car, just like a dad. There is a video of one of their concerts where Suga was told his parents were in the audience. He scanned the audience and must have seen them somehow because he then bowed in their direction then dropped to his knees to prostrate and just stayed there sobbing. Jimin came to hug him and help him up. In their 2014 Festa he addressed ARMY and said something along the lines of "stay with us because we will be awesomely big". I think it's his members who call him Minstradamus because he seems to have predicted a lot of their successes - Billboard, even the Grammy nominations. At the White House press conference early this year, Suga said "It's not wrong to be different. Genuine equality begins when we open up and embrace our differences." One of my favourite episodes of Run BTS is the one where they had to write poems to each other and read them over the camp fire. They are all beautiful but Suga's hits you where you live: What A Relief, by Min Yoongi Already five years since debut Simply youth with many dreams - we who had nothing now have much, we who only dreamed have now become someone’s dream Life is a repetition of choices and regrets I too am scared, and we too, are scared Though we dreamt of a high sky, it is high here, and cold, and so hard to breathe It is true that the more light that burns upon us, the more shadows appear What a relief, that we are seven What a relief, that we are together

Actually i kind of like them because they focused on their struggles and personality which change from other recent one that focus on their singer sides and capabilities. In an other way some part are frustrating cause there are lot of cut and lot of snipet out of context so if u just start knowing BTS and didn't see much of their show, interviews and more it can be kinda confusing and overwhelming. But still i enjoy what you are doing by trying to know them better and u have a long way to go so don't worry Army will show u the way if u ask 😉 but it is also good to see something new and follow your own journey or else what is the point to have countless exact same reactors of BTS. Omg I have 4 dogs! 3 labs, one of each color, and a blue healer. My black lab is particular spoiled and is laying at my feet on my bed as we speak lmao. Yoongi says he doesn't understand why it took them so long to be successful and I think I do. It's because the big 3 were TERRIFIED of them and were doing everything in their power to make sure they didn't get big. They knew that the moment people saw their talent and sincerity they would take over and that's exactly what happened. They pushed until they finally got the spotlight and it hasn't stopped since. Also just a little heads up for CB day. I'm assuming you're reacting to is, which is great, but typically ARMY has a 24-hour waiting period for reaction videos so we can focus on streaming. Megan might have already let you know but I figured id tell you just in case :)

You should check out BTS with their pets videos. A lot of the members have dogs themselves especially JK. I love his dogs they are the cutest and one of them is a doberman. He's huge. Jin does have a dog but he also has a sugar gliders. They are super adorable. Unfortunately one of them did pass away and Jin dedicated one of the songs to him that he wrote as well.

See what I meant about him being down to earth? He is a consummate realist, that doesn't mean however that he is cold or unemotional as many people once said. He is so admirable, for so many reasons, don't you think?

I have a Scottish terrier and a wet highland white terrier: nothing if not patriotic. Fun fact: Jin's single with Coldplay is about to come out (28/10/22) and in the teaser trailer you see the astronaut fly by a little white dog that fans believe is a nod to jjangu his fav pooch who died a while back. BTS always remembering the important stuff. I loved seeing your dog here, and I loved rewatching the SUGA video, never get tired of my bias 💜

I have 3 rescue dogs….blue heeler/German Shepherd mix, Whippet/lab mix & a terrier mix. They are spoiled & don’t know they are dogs. Most of the BTS members have dogs also. You should watch the video sometime for fun How to take care of Bam, a guide by BTS by SugArmyy. It is very lighthearted. Bam is JK’s Doberman & they had him there when they filmed in the Soop. It shows all the members with him. Also, these videos are accurate they just might not be some people’s personal favorite introduction videos but honestly they are better for the emotional aspect of their life story than others. Others may showcase their talents & abilities more but I feel like these tell their story better. You keep going! You doing good!!

I've never saw these introductions.. but so far are pretty good. I love the fact that they don't only listed thing describing the members, but play a lot of clips of them giving his thoughts. That's what is going to give you a better impression of who they are, their own words. Like a lot of introductions also talked about how they work, what they study, their achivements and involvement with the group, etc. but this ones are about hardships so they show their relationship and approach with their career and their self introspection... idk why people don't like them. Edit: well, this one wasn't as good as the other 2 in terms of editing, the way they explained some things and overall a little boring edited haha, but still isn't that bad.

I love suga honestly, he just has a relatability to him, just very honest with his emotions and it makes you feel like someone understands stuff ya know? I think the main relatable thing is to see an idol so open with their mental health, I mean I got anxiety genetically so I’ve been having panic attacks since fucking pre school so to see someone so awesome and like a figure for people to look up to also having that, it makes you feel good somehow haha. I think what I’m trying to say is he’s super comforting, even the way he speaks, the way he acts, it’s all comforting somehow 😂

I grew up with a Moodle first. When I was 7-8 we got a german shepherd. He died at 8 month old. We got the next, he got 11 years old. My sister had dogs, and it course, I too. First a Rottweiler, than a rescue mixed breed, another mixed breed and now I have a LGD mixed breed.

DOG!! My doggo is an old lady, 15.5 years old, and she is a mix breed. I actually helped her mum, my family dog (bless her soul) to deliver her and the other puppies. So me and my dog have a special bond 🥰 I want to add that I think you are awesome. I like people that react out of their comfort zone and try something new. Anxiety is a beast, as depression. I broke down crying the first time I heard The Last, it was the moment I consciously became an ARMY. BTS members are real people and they make music that can reach so many people. Their music, videos and quirky personalities have helped me so much in the past 2 years that I will never be able to thank them and the universe enough for this healing.

I wouldn't worry too much about the choice of videos for the intros. This is the third one I haven't seen before, and I feel like I've consumed a lot of BTS content. I'm not sure I've seen any individual member intro, just ones with all 7 members. So, good job finding them for your BTS week. Looking forward to the rest of the week. I'm sure you've been told, but their anthology album comes out on Friday, which would be a good first album purchase for new fans. You can even get it at Target lol. The compact edition is around $20 which seems like a huge steal to me. Dreads on RM for the easter-egg haha.
@foxfox932 жыл бұрын
I love your dog so much! I have a catahoula lab mix named Thor :) I'm always late to your videos but lll comment my thoughts anyways haha so towards the beginning you asked about the MMA and there are several MMA and MAMA performances you should really watch, they are yearly awards shows and it would be cool if you started oldest to newest so you can see the growth :) The 'notebook' Yoongi is holding while talking about writing songs is actually one of their albums. He (or other members) often times will 'unbox' albums and talk about the songs and whatnot whenever they release a new album. For fake love there is an extended version with the 'rock' version of the song which is really cool. Yoongi is my ult bias. I think the only thing that bothers me about these intros is they focus so heavily on the hardships, which of course you do need to understand where they've been to appreciate where they are, but all these intros could also reflect a little bit more on how the members want armys to see them, they've tried so hard to have positivity and bring joy to us and when we focus on the hard times it negates the effort they've put into being happy and making us happy. I have plenty of anxiety, something BTS has helped me with is my social anxiety when it comes to talking to strangers, I never ever commented on anything or posted anything on the internet until I became army and was completely surrounded by people who are so loving and supportive. I just don't do well feeling invisible 😅 but I'm getting better, thanks to BTS and thanks to Jin especially. I know this is Yoongis video but the both of them have helped me immeasurably. Much love. 💜

As my mother has always said it's easier to go from hamburger to steak than from steak to hamburger. Meaning- u value the process and journey more when u start from the bottom and climb your way up rather than starting at the top with no worries and falling.
