this was Wang Yibo (pronounced I-i-B-o) performance on the New Year Eve 2020 Galla of Hunan Tv in Changsha China. Basically Wang Yibo makes one "End-of-the-year" Performance every year. For 2021 he sung and danced to a song called Niang or in English Stand Up. For 2022 song called Like The Sunshine and the most recent one for the End of 2023 is called Bystander If you liked this performance that is more energetic, you would also like his performance of Dragon Fist. A song by Jay Chou. Few interesting facts about Wang Yibo: That statement full length robe he wore at the begging, was made by Nike specialy for Yibo and this occasion Wang Yibo was in a K-Pop band called Uniq and he trained in South Korea Wang Yibo is one of the most influential artist in China. He is responsible for starting so many trends from viral dances to promoting sports that go mainstream because of him Wang Yibo is the whole package: dancer, actor, singer, rapper, tv host, professional motorbike racer and what not He was a captain in the variety show Street Dance of China Season 3-5. And I highly recommend this show.

This stage is for the New Year's Eve concert, it's a live television stage. That lighting tower is 60 m high and is an open stadium late at night, he likes to do wire stunts and he usually does it in his series and films, he does it alone without a stunt double. He is an adrenaline junkie and is also a professional motorcyclist. The long blue coat was made especially for him by Nike, he was the only Nike spokesperson in China. He also challenges himself, always surprises. Yibo is the bomb. I started following him during 2020, so (as you've already been told in comments, he does a big performance for NYE every year, and this was 2020s) this was my First Yibo Live, and My Giddy Aunt, you should have heard me yelling. Dude is just so talented, it should be illegal. It's just been bruited in the last couple of days that he is going to do some full concert dates in the second half of 2024, which will be his first time doing that solo. The whole fandom is so psyched. Over the last few years he's been really focusing on acting more, so getting a full extended stage performance was super unexpected, but very welcome!

Hi John, I'm sure somebody already told you but here we go again :D . Yibo is Chinese dancer, rapper, singer, actor and racer. Yibo is multi talented and perfectionist. He started in kpop group Uniq and then was MC in Chinese show "Day Day Up" where is was youngest one. They chosen him among all other contestants for this position because he was only one who practice even during breaks (other contestants were chatting among themselves). Yibo acted in many Chinese dramas and several movies and is one of the most famous actors in China right now. Also he is known outside of China for his talent. In last few year he was one of the captains in "Street Dance of China" contests and was dancing with one of the best dancer around the world from different fields, where he was able to keep with them all the time. It was interesting to watch. By the way you may know other captains which were in some seasons for this show/contest. These captains were singers Jackson Wang (originally from GOT7 - you saw song Come Alive), Lay Zhang (org. from EXO - you saw song Lit) and you may be interested to check out Henry Lau (org. from Super Junior-M - he is Canadian). Henry when on stage usually plays several instruments and use loop pedals and create music before is starts singing - he has been nicknamed "one-man band" by Chinese netizens after a viral performance at the Zhejiang TV Autumn Festival in 2019, during which he performed using live looping and played drum pads, a glass bottle, kick drum, marimba, piano, and electric violin while singing. Name of the performance is "Performance de Henry no Zhejiang Satellite TV Autumn Festival". This performance is from Hunan Satellite TV's New Year's Eve stage. Yibo wrote lyrics for this song. By the way his name is pronounced phonetically like this "van ee-bo" or "vang ee-bo" not "wɛn ya-bo". 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 That was funny 😂 . Not sure if you've reacted to Woodz yet John... but he was Yibo's bandmate in their Korean/Chinese group Uniq.... Yibo is so talented (actually all the Uniq members are)... his 'water' version of Wugan (No Sense) in the water for yet another awards show is just epic... well worth a look ... there's not much this man can't do.... Your comment on the mic move and live vocals is something that Yibo has copped a lot of grief over... most antis say he's a 'dancer' and can't sing... we say he does both...very well in fact... He is one of the most humble people on the planet and just generally a really nice guy. He has a ton of brand endorsements...one of them is Chanel, which he's rocking in this vid... (the short jacket) and a Nike long coat for the entrance.... He is like a walking coat hanger....
