Almighty God, you are a God of justice and righteousness. We pray for the justice system in our country. Lord, you are just and you are merciful God. You have given our government authority to establish and maintain justice in this nation. Your justice is perfect; Your word speaks to us to respect and submit to the decisions of our government, but we also can appeal for consideration and reconsideration. We want to see Your Kingdom in every part of the sphere of Law and Justice, we do not ask for an avoidance of justice, but for the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We pray for those struggling with legal issues; bring them peace and confidence. Let justice prevail in all areas of the departments of law and justice in this country. Give our judges sound minds and good conscience to deliver decisions based on biblical and moral values. Show them more of you and your ways. God, you are the best and final judge of all. We trust you now and always. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Hello I live in California just got divorced I’m aware of the state laws same of bill of rights so “””before buying a property”” I did invoked my 4th amendment right granted to every citizens that lives within the 50 states of the union, I stated very clear that the property will be a separate property so to make it short wife signed a quick claim deed with a licensed notary person and everything was accepted at escrow somehow she found out the CA state judges have been ignoring people fundamental rights so she filed divorce now I’m forced to sell my full paid property . Now I’m trying to file an appeal regarding a violation of my 4th amendment right technically my house was expropriated in top of that a violation of the expropriation rules according to US CODE 2370a. I thought I was protected because this and future issues were addressed 216 years ago in a supreme curt at Marbury vs Madison case All laws repugnant to the constitution are null and void

Such a shame more people don't watch stuff like this. If more people paid attention to law, the humanities and studied on their own, the world would be a better place.

Yeah, people get their rights violated all the time when they get pulled over in their cars just because they don't know their rights and trust the police. (police legally lie constantly) I trusted the justice system completely until I was charged with a felony that later I found out was a misdemeanor and was too late to appeal. Fast forward 25 years and I'm appealing a domestic assault conviction from when my x girlfriend attacked me in my house. refused to leave, hit me in the head with a glass candle. would not stop hitting and kicking me. I didn't feel like dying that day so I hit her legs to make her stop and pretty much manhandled her and kept pushing her onto the bed when she tried to grab things to hit me with. (Because I honestly didn't want to hurt her) The trial was a joke and here's the kicker. I was determined by the judge to be the aggressor because some of the many times I told her to leave, I was between her and the door. Like I was holding her there. He's been a judge for about 5 years. I hate to think how many people have been wrongfully convicted for reasons not supported by law. next election I will expose him for the fraud he is and try to get someone honest in there. Another crazy thing he did was I was offered a plea of 45 days and I refused. So taking a wild guess I expected 90 days if convicted. When I was found guilty, he sentenced me to 30 days......Wait..WHAT?! Maybe he thinks 30 is more than 45. More likely He thought by shortening the sentence, I would accept it, do the month, sit down and shut up. As you can see, that's not happening. I was attacked by a drunk violent person in my own home. She actually walked out the first time I told her to leave before she hit me. Came back in (at that point she was trespassing somewhere she wasn't supposed to be) so Tennessee's stand your ground law no longer applied to her. I'm rambling. Sorry. I could go on forever about it. Bottom line, It's better to know your rights and not need to, than to not know your rights and be kidnapped and thrown in a cage.

One more thing. By that judges logic, I could break in his house and wait for him to walk in the door (putting him in a position between me and the door) Start hitting him and making sure he stays between me and the door and I have no legal reason to leave his house if he tells me to and if he hits me back, he is the aggressor. I think he made it up because I have that felony on my record and I think I pissed everyone off because when asked why I didn't call police, my response was " Because I didn't think she deserved to die and I was afraid I would get blamed for everything like I am now. I thought having sore legs for a week was better than having a felony conviction." I swore to tell the truth and that's the truth. She showed her appreciation for me not having her murdered or arrested by going to the cops after she sobered up enough to realize she was not going to kick my ass, so the cops came to get me and of course almost killed me when I grabbed some paperwork to take with me. Big muscular black dude about 6'4" 275 lbs. Quite flattering that I struck such fear in his heart he had to pull a gun on me over a piece of paper. Damn cowards. Maybe he has a little sugar in his gas tank. lol

Some people have no thought process for courts because they are law abiding citizens and they don't plan on breaking a law.
