Yeah might be worth giving up 10 kg in bench to gain 20 kg in squat and deadlift, if that is the tradeoff.

He's still 3 weeks out. He'll be close to 600 on meet day; you have to remember he's not peaked yet.

You can't really assess that properly considering the potential fatigue levels he is carrying at the moment. A good peak is a game changer.

And john trains really intense maxing out often and everything as well as the steroid cycle control for peaking I think he will hit great numbers at the ghost clash Maybe not PRs but close

Everyone in powerlifting benches with some sort of arch, even if it's minimal. It's also safer, heck if you can push that kind of weight with a arch you got my respect, but let's be real not many will ever come close.

Then you are incorrect. If you tighten your lats like you are supposed to, then a slight ark will occur. A flat back puts the load on your front front of delts, which isn't the purpose of the bench press.
