Brilliant! When so many in America are looking for economical meals! Yes, we do these in the air fryer. We cut our own from Sam's pork loins!

Not commonly know thing with Sam's. If you can catch one of the butcher's area workers you can get them to cut the big pork loins for you and still pay the whole pork loin price. We often have one cut into 1 pound chunks to roast. :)

Hi John, Could you please do a comparison video of the Ninja SP101 Foodi 8-in-1 and the Ninja DT251 Foodi 10-in-1 Smart Air Fry. Curious to know if they are more or less the same besides the obvious difference in size. Plus when would you choose one over the other. Thanks.

Lovely chops...though we don't eat pork anymore. I would like to see you do a test in the oven using a little water in the drip pan to see if it prevents smoking. I did see the inside results of your oven from cooking meats and I do appreciate that. I'm a clean freak and just can't see using my new clean oven for cooking meats :)) and my stove vent won't come up to remove smoke from the kitchen..although I do have windows and two French doors on each side of kitchen area when open create a draft to drawn air out of the kitchen. I do absolutely love the way my baking pies, cakes, cookies, bread...all come out excellent and that's what I mainly bought if for was it's larger size to accommodate my baking. Thank you John for your video.

Glad to hear you enjoy my videos and I have considered the water trick but have not actually tried it yet.... recently installed a ventilation system but have only needed it once and that was on a test cook I was doing...I may try that though and see if I think it helps... but I doubt it would hurt anything and Is probably good on any recipe...thanks for watching !!!

Hi! I'm debating between the 251 and the 201 because of the integrated thermometer function. I would like to get into cooking meat at more medium cooked and medium rare temps. But I noticed you didn't use the integrated thermometer for these chops. It's it something I can likely add on later down the line, is use my own thermometer?

It can't be added and it is a neat feature because it will turn the oven off...I done use it all the time because some things just need a different method such as these which needed checked across the pan...thanks for watching!!!

@JohnSanders3 жыл бұрын
OK and I'm not trying to take up for it but I am not sure there is anything that could provide what you are referring to...I mean i don't know of an oven that can take 6 chops that are different shapes and sizes placed unevenly in an oven that could produce exact even internal temps across that span... although these were within around 5 degrees of each other.... but I do love the oven and i might be wrong... I just don't know of an oven that can improve on that... at this price... but I would certainly purchase it if I did...thanks for watching!!!
