As a coach, I am constantly looking for other opinions, methods of training and drills to increase my knowledge. This has been by far the best channel I have found so far! Thank you for the great content.

Hello again Coach I just wanted to let you know that I reached Regionals purely off your videos and hardwork and training but I didn't get a chance to play because of the Pandemic.. I hope I can continue playing in college but in the meantime I'm staying home and being safe, I hope you are too. and thank you again you helped me so much.

Hey John, I absolutely love and appreciate your videos and they have indeed help me in the long run. Right now I’m going a situational issue where I might not have a jumping coach on my team during the season. I can see that there is many drills on your channel that I can work on but I have no idea which ones to do and what certain days, do you thing you can help me other?

Many thanks for your comment and question ... I guess that's the part that despite the "brilliance" of KZbin is not so easy to get across. It's the coach's instinct, awareness, knowledge and relevance to the athlete part. I use the myriad of drills at my disposal on a rotational basis trying to cover the qualities that they develop to suit the athletes - at the particular time of the training year and in regard to the needs of a particular athlete. I use an undulating periodisation model where these drills and other training inclusions spin around each other across the training year. I sort of "know" when to include certain ones as I have been running this system for a decade ... I have produced a plan that I refer to for guidance, particularly when starting the training year - mainly to make sure I include the most relevant units but cover all relevant bases. I'm not sure how I could specifically help you other than by what I'm saying now. I guess if I knew what jumper's you had, what training time was available and what their overall needs were I could produce some kind of plan - but that would be a big undertaking. If you want you can email me as I may be able to offer further guidance.

What is you opinion on this underground sprint theory? Sprinting is all about fast muscle fibers. Type 2) what if a sprinter could make more of this fibers? It is actual true. In this example the legs is most importmat. A sprinter could do high volum but intense weight workout 2 days with 5 days rest. And repeat this for a half-full year. Many use igf-1 drug when doing this process, as it is evidence that it helps. IT has Been proved that Hyperplasia can happen in humans) after this the sprinter would be super fast. Some sources say that gatlin may have done this lol
