Try switching the ends of you HD cable. That is, take the end that was on your TV and put it into your decoder and take the end that was in your decoder and put it into your tv and then select the correct source on your TV remote. Try different sources.

Did work sir thank you so so very much, I did switch both end cables, and I tried different sources. Mine is tuner 1, not HDM 2 or 1....now it is working perfectly
