Johnson Controls System Configuration Tool Database Backup

The Johnson Controls System Configuration Tool (SCT) is a very powerful and useful piece of software. One of the main features of the software is the ability to back up your database once it's been created. In the event a device fails, you can simply load the database into a new NAE or NCE once it has been installed.

Hi, I find your videos very informative and I use them as reference often. So thanks for that. I also have a question? I recently had to reload a whole Metasys (7) system after a server failure (server 2012 r2), but I've hit a problem. When i try to download the database to the ADX through SCT, I cant get passed the Test Login. It keeps coming up "Login not ok". I've confirmed the computer name and the user and passwords, but still no joy. I've tried everything I know, but am now at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You might want to call tech support on that. There's several things it could be. We had an issue with some updates that caused us to completely reimage the hard drive
