What is difference between this and the 360 isize?

I had the same question and asked customer services, this was their response- Our i-Spin 360 is certified to R129 the same as the i-Spin 360 GTI. The main differences between the i-Spin 360 and GTI is that the GTI has one manual side impact pod, and our i-Spin 360 has two auto engage side impact pods (will automatically engage when the harness and buckle is secured). Our i-Spin 360 has a mis-use proof mechanism to prevent forward facing before 15 months. Hope this helps

@@LauraWisner Not really true, the GTI is designed for smaller cars, hence the GTI naming system. Whilst the other things you said may be true, it's not the main reason they made it, which is just that it's more compact.
