So I have to tell ya... I was there a couple weeks ago looking for an apartment, and every time I got on the Alcoa Highway, I heard you in the back of my brain saying "Do not speed on the Alcoa Highway"... and guess what - I didn't! I do have to say tho that 95%+ of drivers didn't either. Knoxville has the most courteous drivers I've ever encountered! I think that has to be an actual fact because my auto insurance is going down *30%* moving from Tucson AZ to Knoxville! PS: Yes, I'm going to be close-in South, at a place called the Henley... but it was a struggle because the first FOURTEEN apartment communities I contacted were *full*.
