My mom would make bread and depending how big of a batch she'd make she'd make she would add 1-2 cups of plain mashed potatoes and she add some potatoes water to let yeast proof. Her bread was so good.

I am so happy KZbin recommended your channel. I have really enjoyed watching you bake. I am a seasoned baker as I use to be a head baker for a well known restaurant and homemade breads, cinnamon buns, cinnamon poppyseed buns, French bread and donuts were my specialty. My batches were huge and did this 5 days a week. I still bake at home and we love it. Would I ever love living next door to you lol. We are crazy alike lol. I smiled the whole time watching you! I’ve also subscribed to your channel. God bless you my fellow baker!! ❤❤❤

Renee, Is your Hubby not feeling all that great today, as he is not his cheerful self today. Maybe just tired. Or is he still recovering from Surgery ? I will be praying for him that he starts to feel better and has a Hasty recovery from whatever is ailing him. God Bless You Renee, for all of you cooking, Baking and Canning ideas . Oh I am going to be canning some Beets and decided to follow your recipe, as the ingredients that you use are exactly what I to enjoy. Oh and THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! For your Pullman Bread making techniques , the U'll apart Bread , Cinnamon , Rolls , and the Freezing tips on freezing the Cinnamon Rolls, if I don't feel up to Baking them all . Thank You so, so much for this Video. You have given me the kick that I needed to start Baking my Breads , Rolls and I can finally try making the pull apart Bread, You make it all seem so easy to do. I broke my Scapula this Spring and have not baked anything since. I think that I stopped trusting myself in doing it. As mine has never came out as great looking as yours. But now after watching your videos I am ready to give it a go . I am still new at Baking, I have always loved cooking But .... My Son and Daughter has never liked Baked goods. I would only make Fry Bread that they loved every Holiday and Apple Pies that I would give away to family and neighbors being I didn't like Pies back then either. Lol . I just wanted to say Thank You for your Videos that I have been watching for the last four days since I saw your first video. God Bless You and your Family. Have a Blessed Week.

OMG! I just made your hot roll recipe & your cinnamon pull apart bread recipe. The doughs are fabulous! So soft & beautiful! Some rolls in oven now, rest rising. Just finished doing the cinnamon bread, yup pretty messy! I made my own brown sugar so they are really dark but loving them. Getting ready for Thanksgiving. I’m a new subscriber & let me tell you Renae I am loving your channel. I’m a baker(like forever), cooker (forever), but a new gardener (68) & learned to can this year! My garden was fantastic! Can’t wait for next year! My shelves are beautifully full! I’m learning so much from you! I have several other ladies I watch on KZbin, and you have now become my favorite! So easy to watch, listen & follow. So important! You show it all! Plus you kindly share your recipes! I’m writing them down too! Collecting all my recipes! Sad I don’t think my recipes will be remade after I am gone! Young generation, no interest in cooking or baking! I thought I had my 2 granddaughters but apparently it didn’t take! Door dash ultimately won! But they’ll remember grandma’s cooking & recipes! I have shared my late MIL’s recipes which I treasure! Fabulous cook! I am pooped after just 3 batches! How do you keep your energy! In fact I believe you give me energy just watching you! You are truly amazing! P.S. I bought 8 of your canisters & may get more! I love them! I’ve been looking for large containers & I think these will work! Happy Thanksgiving! God bless you! ♥️♥️🦃🦃 I’m am binge watching all your older videos! Your grandchildren are precious! Your daughter is so kind! I watched her bring you jars while you made them lasagna & burritos! You raised her right! Tell Mr. Wayna hi! He’s a great tester! I usually don’t comment but you got me! Thanks!

I love your nail color, it’s beautiful. Thank you for addressing the great salt/yeast question, I’ve seen all the different opinions as well and kind of like you, I just decided to plop the salt on top of the flour to be safe. 😊. I never did figure out if salt truly kills yeast, but just adopted a workaround. I can’t find the drooling emoji, but just know I’m drooling at all of that gorgeous bread! Never heard the vinegar trick, another great bit of knowledge I’ve learned from you. ❤

Renae you just taught me a NEW TRICK! I’ve seen people do that on the countertop rolling into a ball but I’ve never been able to figure out exactly what they were doing! Thank you for slowing down the process with your thumb and finger and showing us how it’s done!!! I just ordered more flour delivered with my grocery order and new yeast and I’m going to be baking up a storm! Lol! Can’t wait!! That’s the first time I’ve seen cinnamon rolls made that butter wasn’t lathered on before any cinnamon or brown sugar. Mom always added raisins to hers as well the seedless white raisins I think they are called golden raisins? Anyway just interesting the difference. But I’m in Canada and we love butter tarts so maybe that’s why she used so much butter?! Lol!

They all look almost too good to eat!! How long does the Pullman loaf bake? I think all the other bake times were mentioned, but since the loaf in the Pullman pan is not visible, it would be impossible to tell. I looked at the recipes and did not find bake times, but it’s late and I may have missed it? (I watch on tv but cannot access “description box below” so I then have to search recipes using my tiny phone screen.) I love your content! Your family is so inspiring and it’s clear to see everyone is very much loved…and well fed!!!
