Join me on this cold, misty and frosty morning shoot from Frogham

When it's frosty or misty, Frogham is not the first place that springs to mind to venture out. My hand was forced be a diversion up near Godshill's, Fighting Cocks pub. The must have been an incident as there was no warning about the works going on up there.
Anyway, I was out and that was what was planned and that's all that mattered. What surprised me was how I had so little expectations and yet I was so wrong as there was plenty of interesting things to photograph! I had a fantastic time hiking across the ridge as I like to call it, I met some interesting people, cyclists and dog walkers. Some were interested in what I was doing and others I was interested in what they were doing, in particular 3 cyclists interested me with their electric bikes, I really must have a go.

Fantastic work as ever, Noel! Must have a proper catch up at some point! Two questions, what did you mean B rolls and what are you using for your filming camera?

Hi Jon, Thanks for the feedback. B roll is footage for filling gaps\breakng the video up from solid talking, this can be walking about, short clips of scenes ie horses walking about, trees blowing in the wind etc. I try to think about putting the viewer where I am. The camera is the sony vlog camera zv-1 on a carbon light weight tripod, I use a pair of synro mics otherwise the one in camera is ok if you don't turn your back on the camera or don't intend on being too far from the camera.
