i like P but this side hustle is just the simple truth that he's thinking about retirement. He knows he aint the same guy before and with injuries, he's only playing for the money at this point. when the Clippers got eliminated last year in the playoffs, his answers during the interviews doesn't say winning a ring at all. He's in the NBA now to participate and not be as competitive as winning a championship. He has the Lebron mindset, longevity. that's it. But i have to admit, the Indy PG was the best PG, relentless, competitive, hates losing and ultra competitive.

I actually don't agree that this is the most skilled generation we've had. Most teams have a few guys that command a pnr or iso; other than that, the other swings and bigs are just spacers or negatives on the ball meaning they can't do much for themselves. I don't think having a few extremely skilled guys on a roster means the league as a whole is highly skilled

He said “we already had a hard time with 1 game how are we going to have 3 AS games?” Y’all the ones who fked around and didn’t compete and don’t want to be there and put in no effort and now the league has to react. “Need to be incentivized”. You are with your 50M a year contract. You get that money because you’re an allstar. And it’s part of your freaking job. Man so many of these players are so disappointing to listen too as they complain about things that were never really big issues for the ones before them and they had far less income, less luxuries, less technology, less everything and yet they put in maximum effort all the time. While they deserve the money as they bring it in, the massive amounts of money they earn is a huge part of their lack of desire to play both ends maximum effort all game for all 82. As Dominique Wilkins said “Kobe is the last of us”………. It’s so unfortunate and quite sad. Used to freaking LOVE the NBA. Now it’s hard to even get thru an entire game.

@treiii423817 күн бұрын
Your view on the All Star game is partially why viewership is down. People spend their hard earned money to watch yall play and support yall. In turn you get to make $100 million dollars to play a child's game. To hear you say that you'd prefer not to play and be in vacation just proves that what we all already thought is actually true. Y'all don't want to be out there. You were selected as one of the best 24 players in the league and people want to see the best compete against the best. It's going to get to a point where nobody wants to watch or support the league and yall don't or won't care until your salaries start to come down because of it. Y'all need to put on a show for the ppl that love yall and basically pay your damn salaries. If your body can't handle it then retire and let someone else that actually cares get a chance.

Everyone overthinks the All-star game. The 3pt shot is what has ruined the all star game. Watching players dribble up to 3pt line over and over is not fun to watch. Show us your handle, nice passing, alley-oops, nice dunks. Effort is NOT the issue. No Defense is needed in an All-Star game. Just play enough defense to get crossed over to make it look entertaining lol. When EVERY player tries to be Steph or Dame it is not entertaining.

14:50 That's it right there. There's nothing for the NBA to "fix" if the players don't really want to compete. Fans are complaining. Players don't want to give the show the fans want to see. So what's the point of even having the All-Star game. Create some other events for that slot of the season so the NBA don't have to give up on all the revenue from it and go from there. My theory, if you take away the All-Star game, the players will have a problem with it before the fans do.
