@1:20:19 someone in chat claimed to be from Rockstar Montreal and said he'd been designing enviornments from florida since they were hired. Now i can't help but wonder if that was true, if they somehow had a lucky guess or just knew where gta 6 would be set.

It could easily be true, or it could just be an educated guess. wouldn't really say 'lucky'. with the fact gta4 was set in liberty city, gta5 was set in san andreas, it seemed logical they would make vice city the next location. But it also doesn't make sense that they'd just bring that up. So i'd say seems to lean in the "they worked for rockstar" area. Especially since we know DVAU's been watched by rockstar devs, otherwise it isn't likely he'd have been tagged for gta6 voice acting. Kinda doubt he applied for a voice actor role.
