I’m willing to believe that boss relic swap might be the “best” choice for a given Defect run a lot of the time, but it feels soooo bad to not start with a lightning orb in Act 1. Even the most devoted Charles Lightning player can only draw Ascender’s Bane, Dualcast, and three Defends for an opening hand on four energy so many times before giving up on boss swaps entirely lol

For those who dont remember the boss swap thing, the conclusion is while boss swap is on average quite strong it is swingy and not very fun and can cause situations much worse then doing nothing and is very bad for consistency if the idea is to streak runs.

Interestingly there are actually differing values of infinite. The set of real numbers and the set of natural numbers both expand infinitely, but it stands to reason that there are more real numbers than natural numbers, meaning that some infinites are bigger or smaller than others. So the phrase 'short infinite' is actually a very valid statement in some contexts.

What is the calculus on trying to put all our powers in play Turn 1 of the Heart vs passing turn and having the void/statuses? We get to see a fresh 5, but we have statuses, and with the Storm refilling the orb slots we probably get a turn of close to damage cap. 2 damage from beat of death each is a lot though
