I look at the duration, I put the video in 1.5x so I can watch it entirely before tomorrows release, as the big brain records the videos faster than I can normally watch them.

7:22 "Study is very slow at this point in the run" somehow I feel like Study is always slow... like that's just how it is? I don't know if I ever took it without Deva Form and even then I'd still prefer Wheel Kick and Cut Through Fate simply because against Time Eater it seems bad. might be an interesting card to talk about in another Spireside Chat if it hasn't been talked about yet though.. definitely feels like Study for Card Draw is what Windmill Strike is for Scaling = it's the worst method available for their respective uses and I guess I'll take it if I need it and I'm about to face a boss.

3 hours. Debating a skill pot for 5 mins in the first 15 mins. This is an overexplained run, confirmed! POG!!! edit 1: 19 mins in debating an attack potion edit 2: overlay comes up at 46 mins in, still act 1 edit 3: at the one-hour mark debating fights over question mark events edit 4: damage calculations on screen at 1hour 6mins edit 5: leg stretch break at 1 12 edit 6: calcs again at 1 33 and card choice shortly afterwards edit 7: pathing considerations at 2 18 ...and I'm giving up. This is the most overexplained non-overexplained run in recent memory.

@@shinydarkzeus I absolutely understand that, but I also feel like Jorbs almost never has any discussion with chat about the game. The comments he acknowledges about the game are mostly just the meme ones. Even people that ask genuine questions about the game wanting to learn get snyde remarks etc. I understand the reason is that he gets asked lots of simple questions a lot like which Act it is, if it's the first or second boss in Act 3, why he didn't kill an enemy when he had lethal (because he wanted a better number on flowerpot, incense burner etc.) But his interactions with chat only end up being about himself and rarely about the game.

@@temoorashraf I feel that. When he and chat both feel like it's just a playful interaction, I don't mind. But the energy on this particular run didn't feel nearly as fine. I understand this was a very serious kind of run given the circumstances and there's quite a bit of personal investment involved in the task that was undertaken but like...damn the environment at times just seemed hostile and you were better off not interacting. Just observing someone absorbed in their work instead. I do know he has specific streams or moments where he exclusively chooses to chat about the game and interact with people more often which is cool. I have on rare occasion heard him elaborate and discuss with chat on the game during 'normal runs' outside of strenuous circumstances such as attempting a world record. Idk. Maybe he's just not my kind of guy.
