A Bachelor's degree is the lower higher education degree. It doesn't require any previous studies in some specific fields. General secondary education is needed. Usually if you're eligible for studying in higher education in your own home country that is accepted also in Finland. Only for the higher degree study programme you need to have completed degrees in relevant suitable field. Always check specific admission criteria directly from the study programme description. Don't trust generic rules to apply fully everywhere. There can be special study programs or admissions with their own slightly different rules. Higher education institutions can make their own decisions of choosing students within the rules from national legislation.

If I say free school it means it is free. All vocational schools are free for foreigners. Bachelor degrees is between 3000-10000 eur and most of them give 50% scholarship
