@@Dhananjaykumar-qe8eu I have stopped taking medicines 2 years back, I have stopped some habits & my pain is much better now. Avoid bending forward/ backward, avoid lifting heavy weight, do not stand pro long, stop running. Wear pelvis belt to reduce load on joint.

Will an inhaler with a little bit of steroid in it help? Is it possible with lung damage, diffusion problems for car exhaust to get into your lungs while in traffic and cause you to feel strange? Sir you have said in one of short video made on hairfall to get a multivitamin that has biotin and after some research I found some but these multivitamin only contain 30-40mcg of biotin however there are specified biotin supplement that serves 1000-5000mcg in them, so I'm confused for which one I should go to? And is it safe to have 5000mcg of biotin in a day? When I'm doubt you always make it clear please sir help!!
