Many a time many state government Administrative officer put restirctions on the Sub-Registrars for registering deed of slae of undivided property u/s 44 of T. P. Act. I s there any apex court decision validationg transfer of property u/s-44 of T P Act and invalidating such instructions of some administrative authority restricting such transfer.
