The drum tech is there so that the artist, who has been flying all over and staying in hotels etc, can perform at their best and not worry about gear falling apart. I've seen it happen and it's ugly. Someone of Mr. Mayer's caliber should not have to deal with a bass drum running away on him. However, as any true performer knows, the show must go on and he did what he could and still burned that kit up. Awesome!

Mr Jo Jo is a bit angry about the unstable drumkit..:) well who hasn't been there..and it can really make all of us unstabel when it happens..:) Great playing..Jo jo is on my top 3 list..:)

@PositivelyBored I know they were triplets I'm talking about the placement. Chops are chops but where you place them is what makes them memorable IMHO.

@bnyce52 Hi..great drummers Benny and Stanton. I guess your agree about there are just to many great cats out there name top 3....why not top 20 :) but I have to say Kirk Covington/Trible Tech, and Bill Stewart, and now I have choosen tree differnt styles...but...there are so many great drummers out there that I love. (Steve Smith, Brian Blade, Dennis Chambers, Toss Pan, Jeff Hamilton, Audun Kleive, Stanton More, Josh Freese...and the list goes on and on..:)
