it think it is the "Jojo Mayer Perfect Balance pedal" to be exact :D

There's now also a less expensive version, the Sonor Perfect Balance Standard Pedal, which has a standard clamp and lacks the collapsing mechanism. Some people found that mechanism failure-prone anyway.
