He could potentially sense them as they are a construct of life energy, but not being able to see them is a huge detriment when they have abilities that bypass durability. Cheap Trick: Instant Death when someone looks upon Goku's back. Killer Queen: Literally turns Goku into a bomb. There is no resisting the explosion because he becomes the bomb and explodes. Purple Haze: Goku has died to the Heart Virus on one timeline and suffered it in the main timeline. He is susceptible to illness and diseases. Senzus do not heal against illness and poisons. GER: I'm only bringing this up because you made an untrue statement. it is a stalemate. Neither side will ever win. There is no "Goku will get used to it" as the stand is automatic and reacts to any intent or attack that may cause harm to the user.
