The adoring way Scarlett and Thomasin look at Roman when he’s gushing about the script makes my heart happy

i agree so much . The innocence and honesty shines through . Adoring is such a good description . If you want to see something these Kiwis did that will steal your heart check out Flight Of The Conchords , help the kids . Absolutely adorable

She's honestly a good actress, it's a shame because she's overlooked mostly for her character of Black Widow in the MCU, even tho personally I feel like the character sucks, she carries it very well and I hope she gets more profound roles in the movie industry.

When I watched Nanny Diaries, I wished Scarlett to be my nanny. Then in Avengers, I dreamt of her being my girlfriend. But Jojo Rabbit has changed my mind, I want her to be my mum. Jeez she’s so amazing on this movie.

Scarlett was the reason why I wanted to watch Jo Jo Rabbit, and about Roman, he looks like the kid from German film "The tin drum", don't you think?
@sofiagaia912 жыл бұрын
I watched this movie yesterday because Scarlett is in it, and I loved it.. It reminded me of Life is beautiful (Roberto Benigni).. they both make you laugh out loud and then cry like children, and they both represent parents who want to protect their children in a world where the war and the holocaust are very much real, from 2 different perspective, but still ... I really appreciate the way this 2 young actors speak and are able to put their thoughts into words
@fostena2 жыл бұрын
I probably should not admit it because I am italian but I prefer Jojo Rabbit over La Vita è Bella. I find it to be a better comedy, more belieavable, and at the very least Taika is vague about the location, so he can get away with potential historical inaccuracies. Benigni's movie is set in Auschwitz, but in the end you see that is being liberated by the USA army, which didn't happen.

I think people need to bear in mind that this was not the only genocide in history, there have been many throughout the ages and it's also not the only genocide of white people (because really that's why it's so highlighted as a genocide, as it happened in a white Western country). Even England has engaged in genocide as recently as the 1800's. 1 million Irish in the 1840's potato famine and 1 million Indians in South India in famine of the 1860's. Both were Queen Victoria's fault. She had the money to help, but refused re wanting to cull poor people the way we cull pest animals today. Yet, the UK won't say a bad word about her and twice now Judi Dench has portrayed her in a positive light in British films. Imagine if someone made a film showing Hitler in a positive light. Wake up UK. Queen V also stopped Turkey from sending funds to Ireland to help, it truly was genocide.
