Fun fact, Araki(the creator) actually considers Dio to be the "True Protagonist" of Phantom Blood. Not in the literal sense, but he said that because he designed Dio and crafted his character before Jonathan. As well as Dio making his debut first. Jonathan was created afterwards to be the light to Dio's darkness. But imagine if he'd done it in a literal sense too and we followed the villain for the entire series. Dio's Bizarre Adventures. Also, I think there's an intro or two missing from this video. It's one of the remixes. But it's not a big deal.

If there’s a thing I’ve noticed in jojo is that Hammon and stands have the same descriptions. Both are connected to your soul, one physical the other in energy. My guess is, at first (parts 1 - 2) it was first a form of energy, by parts 3 and onward hammon soon evolved into a meta-physical being representing the soul of its user. (Star platinum being Jotaros nerves of steel) By part 4, they’ve evolved by PHYSICALLY having their abilities shown, the Hand having two circles in its palm show what helps it scrape away its space. Part 5, a stand could be anything as it’s more modern than anything. (Ones literally a plane)

Yeah it's like you said, intros contain spoilers, but only if you have the context. That's why fans who have read the manga love to dissect them as soon as they come out. For example, for the first opening, without context you just see a guy with a mask being shot, but now you know it's Dio. Erina blushing and leaning in to be kissed by Dio seems normal without context, but now you know it wasn't Dio she wanted to kiss. The intros are filled with details like that, it also shows how much the teams behind the anime respect and love this one. Jojo is part of Japanese culture now and it's not uncommon to see references to it in other anime, manga, video games or even drama. the meme "it is a jojo reference?" exists for a reason lol. Fun fact, for the fourth intro, End of the World, you have the singers of the previous three intros together. Suffice to say that at the time it was total excitement.

The Stands are what makes Jojo especially unique. As well as the wacky and wild artstyle of each Jojo part. Each part of Jojo is a new genre of anime in the series adaptations. It's going to improve so much. I encourage you guys to really try catching up at your own pace with Jojo. Jojo gets absolutely INSANE beyond expectation. You guys haven't even seen anything yet, at all. This series gets weirder, and weirder. I hope you guys continue to enjoy the anime you watch!

I know some people aren't that big on Stands, and I kind-of get it, but they're really such a better fit for the show. Hamon could basically just do whatever a lot of the time and while there's basic rules, it felt like how vague it was really held Araki back. But with Stands? You can make a Stand power as specific as feasibly possible and that just makes it all more interesting when Araki tries to push the limits of what his own character abilities can do. It feels like Araki's constantly rules-lawyering his own powers to find ways to push the limits and it's always great to see. So far, I feel like Gold Experience and Crazy Diamond have some of my favorite examples of this. If you know, you know. But even Jolyne is starting to really test and bend what her Stand power even really is and it's really cool to follow how things evolve as new interesting uses of it happen in the anime.

Hirohiko Araki (manga author of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure) is legendary in the industry and he himself improved too over the years. He got an opportunity to display his work at Louvre and Gucci, and had conversations with Clint Eastwood and Sam Raimi recorded on an interview. JoJo is very old (started in 1987), and the art and story elements did change every Part. By Part 4 extremely buff dudes would be gone to become fashion models instead. Also I will say this, Parts 1-3 are definitely the weakest in the series, as they are more simple and have aged, especially Part 1 (then Part 3). Part 3 in particular is a classic that was publishing at the same time as DBZ Frieza Saga, so it can be logical that new works were building off Part 3 just like DB and Fist of the North Star. Key features: Part 4 has an amazing main villain and final arc, Part 5 has amazing deutoragonist art and fights, Part 6 has an amazing ending. And Part 7 has all of the above, the true magnum opus of JoJo that is rumored to become the best anime when it gets out.

This comment actually made me bust out laughing because of our AOT intros reaction. I specifically told Nekko I wasn’t going to speak very much during this reaction, because we got north of a dozen comments on our AOT video complaining that we talked and speculated way too much 🤣 So that one is definitely on me, because Nekko tried multiple times, and in my head I’m like “Bro people are gonna hate us if we keep talking over the intros.” That’s why I found it funny. Technically all the "Jojo's" are from the same family, the Joestar family. Each generation has a main character whose name can be shortened to "Jojo". Phantom Blood: Jonathan Joestar. Battle Tendency: Joseph Joestar (Jonathan's grandson). Stardust Crusaders: Jotaru Kujo (Joseph Joestar's grandson). Diamond is Unbreakable: Josuki Higaishi (Joseph Joestar's illegitimate son). Golden Wind: Giorno Giovanni (Jonathan Joestar/Dio Brando's son, who is nicknamed GioGio and is pronounced Jojo in Italian). Stone Ocean: Joylne Chujo (Jotaru Kujo's daughter). Steel Ball Run: Jonathan "Jonny" Joestar (alt dimension version of his namesake). Jojoilon: Josuki Higawasha (alt dimension version of DiU hero, kinda).

well, this is awkward. please ignore this comment if it isn't on a reaction to the "Sweet Home" drama. it somehow ended up in weird places. Unpopular?? Opinion: The manhwa is SO MUCH BETTER. It even has a prequel/sister series called "Shotgun Boy." The series as a whole is called "Home Sweet Home." Shotgun Boy goes in-depth about how the monsters started, while Sweet Home focuses more on how the residents of an apartment complex deal with this sudden outbreak. The scary part is- the infection starts with a nosebleed, then headaches and periods of blacking out. It can happen to ANYONE. The main character's reason of moving to that complex was because of a man driving who was beginning to feel the effects of his infection. The infection caters to your deepest desire and manifests as a "soul" to coax you into your transformation. Your human mind is living in a euphoric fantasy that never ends while your new monster body is doing its thing. The monsters act based on their deepest desires. For example- a man who was pushed around by everyone kept his human likeness and form ( he had an average build ) but he weighed so much that he couldn't be moved ( although he could move like he could when he was human ).

I just noticed something in the third opening. In the beginning there are those 5 stars going around the world, each one being one of the crusaders, but if you look at the right side of the scream you can see another one, I think that would represent iggy joining the crusaders later on
