Nukesaku I think is just a reference, like they wanted as many obscure references as possible as fan service. I watched Part 3 recently and I completely forgot Nukesaku even existed until now so it's kinda like a little easter egg for fans with better recollections or something.

As old as this game is, I love it to bits. Such smooth sprite animation, with so much details that are so accurate with every character, and hidden Easter eggs! Also for the fact that the game actually gave an insight as to what some of the characters were possibly like in their childhood, and wether they were Born Stand Users or not. It’s pretty amusing Knowing that Araki decided to have Midler obtain her Stand since she was a kid, when he gave her an actual design around this time. And now mowing that both Alessi himself, Vanilla Ice, all have their stands when they were children, makes you wonder just how far back their twisted nature goes.

This is the closest thing we have to telling which characters were born with stands or not This can provide interesting context for some characters like Vanilla ice, where he was described in the OVA as being abandoned by society before being picked up by Dio. Which is really interesting and can lead to some interesting theories, like what if Cream lost control of his stand as a child and killed his parents or something, and now he looks for his guardian in Dio or something like that Or maybe I’m looking too deep into “oh dang it guys we need to make a new form of this guy as a kid, yeah that will work.”

And Part 2 Joseph turns into a younger version of himself, specifically the version that we see in Part 2 when the men tried to hijack the plane that he and Speedwagon was on in Part 2. Mariah transforms into the old woman that beats the crap out of old Joseph with her umbrella in Part 3. That's all I see so far...

I love how with some like Rubber Soul ,Mariah, 2nd Kakiyoin and Dio it references something from earlier in their fight, with Iggy an earlier design, and Shadow Dio the Part 1 decapitated Dio. Weirdly enough the cow is the only thing in the future of that character, this is some very nice atention to the story

Some funny implications here are: - Iggy canonically got less ugly in-universe. Getting a human face is just a result of dog aging. - Rubber Soul turned into the woman before turning into Kakyoin, then he turned into the woman again before turning back into his natural form. - The child Hol Horse uses to transport Hanged Man, the old lady Mariah throws out, Boingo, Nukesaku and Wang Chan are all immune to Seth. - Chaka is directly de-aged by Seth, but for Khan it instead goes back Anubis' personal timeline and turns Khan into the cow it was stuck in earlier. - Pet Shop had Horus before it was born. - Vanilla Ice used the Cream void ball trick when he was a child. - Kakyoin wore his shades when he was a child.
