I like how part 5 actually uses the original covers of the manga. People dont give araki enough credit for his artwork its really beautiful honestly.

For now i have everything from stardust crusaders and diamond is unbreakable and from 1st part. If someone ask me are they worth it i will say "when you get money get jojo". For these who dont know the Hardcover releases have colored pages. They are orange but yet better than nothing. There are big drawing on 2 pages of jojo character/s. It looks really beautifull on the shelf. I will complete the series because it worth the money.

Bro the jojo volumes look dope, Imao the best looking manga for me, mostly I love the part 4 just look at this diamonds on the spines damn. I just started collecting this manga and have all 3 volumes of 1 part

The first 3 parts book designs R so much better, they should’ve kept it the same or came harder

I completely disagree. For me, the JoJo hardcovers only started to look absolutely perfect with Part 4 and onwards. I wish the first 3 parts had the same design as the later ones. But I guess that's all a matter of taste.

They couldn't keep the design for parts 1-3 cause there wasnt ones for the other parts so they had to use the original cover art for the rest of the series

What a coincidence that you released this video now. I'm currently thinking about finally getting JoJo myself but I just can't decide whether I wanna get these english hardcovers or the german release (I live in germany). The hardcovers are absolutely gorgeous (especially from Part 4 onwards) but the fact that a lot of character and Stand names have been changed due to copyright issues really bugs me as a purist. I've also heard/seen that the paper quality isn't that good sadly so I dunno... The german version on the other hand is super far behind unfortunately (Part 3 is about to wrap up in april) but all the original names are intact and unchanged and the paper quality is very good as well (the german version is based on the spanish one by Ivrea so design wise it's the same aside from the spines, those look a bit different here). I legitimately can't decide right now. Both versions have their pros and cons which makes it all so much more difficult.

@@abdullahbutt4052 Ich find die deutschen aber auch sehr hübsch und vor allem sehen die im Regal richtig schön einheitlich aus. War letztens noch im Thalia und hatte mir da mal einen von den englischen Bänden genauer angeschaut und ich war etwas enttäuscht, wie schlecht das Papier mal wieder ist. Ich glaub ich werd mir tatsächlich die deutsche Version kaufen, auch wenn es da ewig dauern wird, bis man da durch ist. Bei der englischen Version müsste ich einfach zu viele Kompromisse eingehen (kein einheitliches Design, veränderte Charakter und Stand Namen und eher schlechtes Papier). Aber äußerlich sind die Teile schon echt hübsch auf jeden Fall.

I got up to part 3 vol 3 of jjba . Also, I'll have vol 20 of edenzero and the 1st dai dark boxset that has volume's 1,2,3&4 in it arriving tomm. And on the 16th, im ordering vol 4 of boys abyss & vol's 5&6 of dai dark.

@@minatonamikaze6400 Just looked it up, Franch releases are apparently second only to the Japanese ones. Any reason why the English realeses are 20 goddamn years behind though?

@@SomeoneElse- It's because france is the first comsumer of manga outside japan. We have a special treatment. I don't know about english that's pretty surprising even italians beat you for no reason when in reality, an english release would sell around the world and probably more than an italian release. Right now you can only find french, spanish and italian versions for part 7 for exemple outside japanese ofc. I guess people in the US don't really care about jojo

I have a question I have over 80 mangas vol I only include boxes and omnibuses but I never read or watched jojos bizarre adventure is it worth it I see the way the books look am damn they are beautiful is it worth it should I get them used or brand new btw part 6 book 1 is out but 3 more are yet to be released

@@astrogamerg2263 the anime is cool and the manga is also pretty. Anyway the anime end at part 6 so you're forced to read part 7 8 and 9. I'd say always go for new and never used if you want to buy a manga

It's more so giving you the knowledge of what all to collect, how many volumes, etc. Most people who are watching this probably know WHERE to buy manga.
