Theory: this new image is to hide an existing drinking problem. HEAR ME OUT! It's collectively agreed by professional this rebrand makes absolutely no sense and the theory is her PR team sucks. But if you understood Jojo is a MAJOR asset there would be very important people invested in continuing the profit. I've GENUINELY wondered why there's no logic or strategy with the rebrand, and if you understand how much profit is hanging on Jojo, there's no management team who would allow this. It's evil-genius and very manipulative.... which is RIGHT on brand for how PR teams operate. They are professional at baiting the public with a distraction while having using human psychology against them. @shelby6 i promise this was/is my first working theory, I still think it's a possibility. It wasn't until recently I had to consider the alcoholism. The allegations are out, people are divided on her involvement because they have sympathy she was also an exploited child star, she survived that wave. For me it clicked with the chugging titos on stage. That's alchy stuff. I was an alcoholic, I'm 7 years sober. Chugging straight booze is a talent addicts have, I promise normal people don't do that. She didn't even gag, which is something you train for as an alcoholic. Combined with the Disney situation, and NOW considering her impulsive comments on podcasts, it's really all coming together that she has a PROBLEM. Alcoholism to the degree she's expressing is something that takes YEARS to start showing, but when it does it spirals so fast. Addicts know addicts because we spent years doing the exact same shit. We all think we can hide it until we can't and I'm pretty sure she's hit that point.
