I'm not on Ozempic, but it makes me cringe when people refer to it as "cheating." Dealing with PCOS symptoms makes it so hard to loose weight. My partner cuts out soda and looses 10 lb instant. I am on my death bed for 4 weeks with a liquid diet and I gain 5 lbs. Ozempic is a great tool, to be paired with healthy eating and exercise

@alienhunterx I hear you, though for many it is necessary. Obesity is a killer. Americans use bariatric surgery to loose weight quickly to get life threatening complications under control. But with the surgeries lifestyle changes still need to happen. I see it as the same kind of tool. Often times diabetes is linked with obesity. My dad uses Ozempic for diabetes, and though it has worked wonderful and the once a week injections are convenient, it isn't the only diabetic medication resource out there.
