Just letting you know that this rc doesn't have a slipper clutch. Instead it has something called a cush drive.

EXCELLENT instructional video on disassembling a Revo. Well done, sir! By the way, if you had a dollar for each time you said '...go ahead and...', you'd have $56. It's only slightly distracting but if I ever own an E-Revo I'll know where to look for expert advice. Thanks for posting.

Was all but ready to buy one of these, till I found out Traxxas (being Traxxas) & had cheaped out with a plastic center drive shaft.

Plastic center drive shaft has not been an issue for me - bigger issues are the differentials, toe links and push rods.

You should get a 3d printer and start printing parts for your parts. You would be amazed how many files you can find on parts and mods for a traxxas slash online
