Honestly I can´t explain how listening to the Cheek Clappers Podcast makes me feel. I am very lonely and have no friends at all. I live alone and work remotely so I have little to no human interaction. But when I put their podcast on it´s like hanging out with two of my best buds. Besides Joe's club and the growing comedy scene, I think another factor that is enticing our favourite comedians to texts is that the state is one of the last places to be proud to be non woke. I'm not saying that texas is anti woke, but it's the sort of place you will not be on your own if you're sick and tired of all this woke crap. Most of the best comedians if not all of them are 1) proud to be American, too smart to fall for the woke brain washing BS 3) already disliked by the woke community because they have taken the piss out of them
